The project team is in search of a delivery manager who will supervise the development team. We are looking for someone who shares our values — high autonomy in work and the ability to make decisions based on results.
Managing tasks and projects within the Age of Magic development team.
Planning and coordinating the development and testing processes.
Delivering features to production within different development streams.
Managing team resources.
Allocating tasks, monitoring their execution and deadlines.
Dealing with prioritization, issues, and risks.
Ensuring effective communication within the team.
Managing tasks in the task tracker, as well as systematizing and maintaining documentation.
Has at least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional teams in IT or game development, interacting with developers.
Has worked with agile methodologies (Agile/Kanban/Scrum) and knows how to adapt them effectively to work processes.
Has experience in documentation management and can systematize it.
Knows how to set up and improve task tracking systems within a team.
Has worked with multiple backlogs within a single project and can prioritize them.
Knows how to set up and motivate a team to achieve results.
Technical background.
Experience in creating mobile or client-server applications.
