We need a Finance Operations Director who can help organize these processes across various jurisdictions.
In short, we are looking for an experienced individual who will assume operational control of the financial, HR, and contractual business processes within the group structure. This person will realign processes to accommodate the company's growth and will establish interactions between legal entities.
What we entrust you with
- Organization of the operation of our legal entities.
- Management of accounting and tax accounting processes, HR accounting, organizing HR migration processes, salary calculation.
- Organization of interaction between our legal entities.
- Setting up, maintaining, and improving processes related to the activities of the company's legal entities.
- Participation in the development of the financial and legal structure within the company.
What we expect from the candidate
- A higher education degree in Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial manager / tax consultant / auditor in companies with an international presence.
- A total of 10 years of corporate finance experience.
- Experience in designing efficiently functioning processes, such as optimizing financial processes and the financial structure of the company.
- Experience in setting up foreign legal entities.
- Experience in managing a team of at least 4 people for more than 3 years.
- English proficiency of at least a B2 level.
- Location – Cyprus or Serbia or another location with a willingness to potentially relocate to Cyprus in the future.
