Expeditions are one of the key mechanics on which the creation of new content is based. We are really proud of the end result, but we believe we can do better! That is why we are looking for a strong Lead Game Designer to join the team, who will pick up the already existing success and lead us and the players to even greater achievements!

What we entrust to you

  • Participation in the formation of strategies and plans in this area.
  • Implementation of the strategy in the direction in accordance with the set product plan.
  • Participation in the analysis of the results of the work of the direction and the formation of a list of necessary changes and improvements.
  • Planning a stream of game designers together with pm and monitoring the implementation of plans.
  • Participation in the development of tools for the work of the stream.
  • Work with the stream of game designers of expeditions (feedback, mentoring, development, etc.)

Our future colleague

  • Has experience in developing expeditions, has an understanding of the full cycle of the process of developing expeditions (from 3 years).
  • Has experience as a featureowner in the implementation of complex features.
  • Previously worked with analytics, is able to evaluate the results of his work based on metrics.
  • Worked on a project with active LiveOps.

Will be a plus, but not required

  • Familiar with people management (desirable). If there is no experience of direct leadership, then the experience of mentorship is mandatory.
