Responsibilities
- Lead the game development process from the initial idea to global release and operation.
- Assume full responsibility for the product metrics.
- Team management and development. Starting with a team of 7, we expect growth as the project progresses.
- Analyze the market of multiplayer top-down shooters and brainstorm innovative ideas.
What we expect
- Experience in developing new games or major game modes. Shooter genre experience is a major plus.
- Deep understanding of game design and real-time combat systems.
- Proven experience in being accountable for the metrics of a project or department.
- High initiative in decision-making, energetic, and excellent communication skills.
