Our ideal match is a robust feature owner who has a track record of successfully overseeing the development of key functionalities and boasts deep industry expertise. This role will collaborate closely with the producer, shaping the vision and ensuring stellar results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Early Game direction for Age of Magic.
- Take ownership of the team's performance and project's key metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the analytics to evaluate each update's results.
- Develop and maintain a working plan – shaping the Early Game backlog.
- Provide feedback to core game designers.
- Continuously supervise and guide the feature development.

Prior experience in managing and nurturing a team of game designers.
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a game designer role.
- Has a track record of leading the development of major game features.
- Was accountable for measurable results in key performance metrics.
- Employs a Data-Driven approach in making product decisions, skilled in creating an engaging player experience.
- Has a passion for games.
