Responsibilities

• Partner with our producer to seek out and shape the vision of new games that’ll blow our players' minds.
• Own the game design process to craft games from scratch: from ideation to final product, focusing on real-time multiplayer with extraction mode.

What we expect

• Developed new games with fresh gameplay or major new game modes. Extra points if you’ve gone deep into the genre you’ll be working in.
• A profound understanding of game design, especially when it comes to pioneering new gameplay (and no, we're not talking about making clones). Mid-core experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
• Experience working with or understanding multiplayer games that have deep real-time combat systems. Or, if you’re just a fan, we're interested too.
• High level of autonomy and eager for ownership.
