WHAT WE TRUST YOU WITH
- Development of a traffic quality analysis system.
- Development of analytical tools (for example, creation and support of dashboards in Tableau).
- Maintaining and developing end-to-end marketing analytics.
- Improving predictive models.
- Interaction with UAM, joint formation of goals and purchasing strategies for products.
- Conducting research, preparing results and conclusions for data driven decision-making.
- Influence on the development of the analytical stack.
- Searching for growth points for company projects.
- Maintaining documentation for analytical projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Experience of at least 3 years as a marketing analyst of a mobile product. Preferably in game development with hybrid or In-App monetization.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, ability to find insights and quickly adapt to new things.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing queries and understanding database structures) and Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, RoAS, Retention Rate, etc. and their relationships with each other.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to clearly formulate your thoughts in business language.
- Willingness to move to Serbia, Cyprus, Armenia or another country as agreed with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
- Fluent Russian.
