Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for the new R&D team, design pipelines to enable efficient real-time game development.
• Lead the design and implementation of the game's architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize the game engine architecture, ensuring seamless real-time performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to provide technical support and guidance in the realization of creative visions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Architect or CTO positions.
• Strong background in C# / .Net.
• Strong technical background dealing with high-load systems in a product company (game dev preferably)
• Familiarity with real-time networking and multiplayer game development.
• Experience with Kubernetes (or alternatives) and cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS
• Previous experience with Unity Engine is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding effective solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
