We are launching a new mobile product, micro-dramas - a platform with vertical series in Shorts format. This format is growing rapidly now, with the global market reaching $8 billion in 2024. All needed competencies are closed: we are creating SHRT in partnership with one of the biggest content makers with more than a billion audience!
We already have: released product, content library, first benchmark-level metrics.
The project is at the initial stage and our team needs a Product Manager who will drive the development, pump up the metrics and take part in further scaling of the product. Our plans are very ambitious, we want to reach $1.5M/month in the fall. If you're motivated by such a challenge, get in touch!
What to do
- Create hypotheses and implement new features: formulate and prioritize backlog, turn hypotheses into features, describe, launch, analyze.
- Manage UX/UI: optimize, research, work closely with designers.
- Work with metrics: analyze dashboards, look for insights, positively impact engagement, conversion rates, ROI, ROAS, etc.
- Participate in content selection: understand what users like, what causes churn, discuss insights/numbers with partners.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in b2c products: preferably in entertainment or content-oriented platforms.
- Ability to independently lead a feature from idea to release.
- Desire to take responsibility and initiative: you love trying and suggesting rather than waiting for tasks from above.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset.
- Ability to work in uncertainty: you are not about processes and stability, but about speed and results.
- Fluent Russian.
