We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer who understands both advertising psychology and AI generation mechanics — someone who can turn ideas into high-converting video outputs through precise prompt design.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine prompts for AI-generated advertising videos
- Create scripts, visuals, and concepts optimized for performance
- Adapt creatives for different audiences, angles, and offers
- Analyze performance (CTR, CPA, engagement) and improve outputs
- Rapidly test and iterate on new creative approaches
What Matters
- Deep understanding of ad video structure (hook, retention, CTA)
- Experience with UGC, short-form videos, Reels, and paid ads
- Ability to “think in creatives” and translate ideas into prompts
- Understanding of what drives conversions in video ads
- Experience with AI tools (Veo, Kling, Pika, Sora, etc.)
