We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Senior Accountant (Solo), who is ready to be responsible for all accounting processes in the company. This is a key role, our future colleague will be involved in decision-making and discussions with our finance team.
WHAT WE TRUST YOU WITH
- Managing the full cycle of the company’s accounting in accordance with Serbian legislation.
- Preparing and submitting financial and tax reports.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Handling payroll accounting and maintaining personnel documentation.
- Accounting and controlling company expenses, including cost analysis.
- Liaising with tax and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely preparation and submission of all required reports.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company’s management.
- Managing internal financial procedures and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Advising management on financial planning and taxation matters.
- Collaborating with auditors and external consultants.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Over 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in IT companies or the game development industry.
- Experience in maintaining a full cycle of company accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of Serbian tax and accounting legislation.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for business correspondence and communication with international partners is required.
- Knowledge of Russian will be an additional plus.
- Strong skills in accounting software.
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience working in international companies is an advantage.
