• Management of procurement, accounting and distribution of licenses.
• Control over software usage, cost optimization.
• Interaction with suppliers, negotiations, conclusion of contracts.
• Audit of licenses, preparation of reports.
• Administration of IT assets, management of access to the corporate systems.
• Working with ticket management systems (Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
• Administration of access control systems and management of user accounts.
• Automation and optimization of asset management processes.

What do we expect from you

• Experience in managing IT assets and licenses.
• Knowledge of licensing models and ITAM/SAM systems.
• Experience in working with suppliers and concluding contracts.
• Skills in data analysis and IT resource accounting.
• Experience with ticket management systems.
• Experience in administering access control systems.
• English proficiency at level B2+.

Would be a plus

• Experience with IAM systems and automation of IT asset accounting.
• Experience in the gaming industry and management of in-game assets.
• Skills in working with financial and analytical tools.
