We’re looking for a Lead Creative Producer for Age of Magic — a senior, yet still hands‑on leader who runs the entire creative production stream for UA.

You are the key owner of Age of Magic UA creatives: strategy, concepts, testing, and outsourced production — with your own KPIs and full responsibility for performance.
What you’ll actually do
- Own creative strategy for Age of Magic UA: define the creative strategy with a clear focus on business metrics (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS, LTV).
- Run full‑cycle creative production end‑to‑end, including using AI tools (image, video, text, ideation) for testing and implementation.
- Test, learn, scale — on repeat: kill weak ideas quickly, double‑down on winners, constantly push new concepts, formats, and characters.
- Work closely with the UA team: adapt creatives for different funnels (top/mid/deep) and audiences while keeping the message clear.
We think you’ll be effective here if you:
- Have 5+ years in creative production for games or mobile growth (ideally in gaming companies of meaningful scale), ideally with experience in squad RPG / battlers or other mid‑core titles with complex meta and whale monetization.
- Have hands‑on experience with 3D, AI‑assisted production, and playables — not necessarily as an artist, but as a producer who has shipped a lot in these formats.
- Understand how outsourcing works: how to choose partners, brief them, keep quality high, and stay in control of deadlines and budgets.
- Are self‑sufficient: you’re comfortable owning KPIs and decisions yourself, closely aligning with the UA team, reading numbers together, and figuring out what to test next.
