This specialist will be responsible for the development of key game systems, including core, meta, progression and monetization, and will make a significant contribution to the creation of a new midcore game.
Responsibilities
- Development of a midcore mobile game from the stage of quick searches for core gameplay to production, launch and operation.
- Formation and balancing of combat and meta systems, progression and monetization.
What we expect from you
- Formation from scratch or experience in improving balance systems of successful midcore or hardcore games
- At least 3 years of experience as a game designer
- Deep understanding of system design and balance
- Flexibility and speed in approaching development
- Passion for games and game design
- Immersion in the modern midcore mobile market would be an advantage.
