We are looking for a Delivery Director for our flagship project - Spring Valley.
Spring Valley is a growing expedition game that entered the global market less than 2 years ago. During this time, it was repeatedly recognized as the Game of the Day in the AppStore of different countries, gained 15 million installations and is now going through the project scaling stage.

What you will do
- Develop product strategy in a partnership with the producer.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.
- Lead all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring the team adapts to evolving business and technology environments.
- Build and lead effective teams of developers, QA engineers, artists and support agents that continually improve and deliver value.
- Contribute to the improvement of Team’s product leadership capability.
- Manage P&L and ensure cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading engineering teams of 40+ people and delivering impactful results in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Track record managing business-critical, cross-functional initiatives in a software development environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
