We continue to grow as a product and as a team, so we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will help maintain and ensure this quality growth. WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Planning, feature decomposition.
- Maintaining a feature project, managing risks, changes, and project resources, and ensuring process transparency for the entire team.
- Managing deadlines, and facilitating development team activities, so the feature is implemented within the planned time frame and with the desired result.
- Release planning together with the Product owner and the release manager of the entire game.
- Communicating with key participants in the feature implementation process, monitoring requirements, obligations, and changes with business stakeholders (Delivery director, Growth director, etc.).
- Continuous work to improve the project.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- At least 3 years of experience working as a delivery manager in a cross-functional team.
- Confident knowledge of modern product management methodologies, and the ability to apply different approaches to managing the development process depending on the goals.
- Skills in business analysis of features, and requirements management, ideally the skill of writing product requirements (functional, non-functional).
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Experience training teams in product techniques and methodologies.
