We are proud of this result, but we believe that we can do better! That is why we are looking for a skilled Senior Game Designer who will take the core gameplay into their hands to join the team. As part of this role, you will be involved in the core game systems, resource cycles, balance, and new mechanics. We are looking for a GD-generalist who can be entrusted with the full development cycle of a feature: from voicing a problem to a release that solves that problem.

What we’ll entrust you with
- Development of complex turnkey features, for example:
- development of clan mechanics and clan ratings (including a League system);
- mechanics with long-term goals (development of high-level content, seasons);
- improving the gaming experience (development of the construction mode, working with quests).
- Review and improvement of the main economic cycles of the game.
- Analysis of existing features and search for ways to improve them together with the producer and analysts.
- Maintaining project documentation and working on its quality.
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience in game design.
- Proven experience as a feature owner in implementing complex features.
- Ability to work with analytics and evaluate the outcomes of your efforts using metrics.
