• Organizing and optimizing the work of the product analytics team.
• Development and implementation of the product analytics strategy for all company projects.
• Managing the process of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns in player behavior.
• Definition and prioritization of key metrics for each product.
• Assessing the effectiveness of features and changes based on data and metrics.
• Developing and testing hypotheses to improve the player experience and increase monetization.
• Communication of analytics results to the product team and participation in making key product decisions.
• Training and development of the analytics team.
• Development of analytical tools and provision of reliable infrastructure together with the Data Engineering team.

What we expect from you

• Experience in product analytics of B2C products.
• Good communication skills: the ability to clearly convey your thoughts and present the results of your work.
• Leadership/mentoring experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, or others).
